ISWOSO CABINET

The Cabinet of the Institute of Social Work Students’ Organization (ISWOSO) is a dedicated and democratically elected body responsible for overseeing the organization’s affairs and ensuring the effective implementation of its objectives and values. Comprising various executive positions, the Cabinet plays a pivotal role in representing the diverse interests of the student body, fostering transparent decision-making, and executing initiatives that contribute to the vibrant and supportive community at the Institute of Social Work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Through democratic processes, each member of the Cabinet brings unique perspectives to the table, collectively working towards the betterment of student life, the promotion of academic freedom, and the advocacy for justice within the academic environment.

OUR EXECUTIVE

The executive leadership of the Institute of Social Work Students’ Organization (ISWOSO) is comprised of key positions that collectively steer the organization’s direction and uphold its values. The President serves as the central figure, providing overall leadership and direction to the organization, while the Vice President supports and collaborates closely with the President. The Prime Minister plays a crucial role in coordinating and implementing the organization’s initiatives. Additionally, the Secretary of Parliament is responsible for maintaining records and facilitating efficient communication within the parliamentary body, while the Speaker of Parliament presides over parliamentary sessions, ensuring orderly discussions. The Vice President and Vice Speaker of the Parliament support their respective counterparts, collectively forming an executive team that works collaboratively to address student concerns, advocate for rights, and promote a vibrant and inclusive community for students at the Institute of Social Work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
